Beauty queen-turned-international concert artist Krista Kleiner hosted the recent Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 party in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Held last March 23 at the Zebra Square, the event was highlighted by a high-end fashion show, live band performances, a sneak preview of their latest models as well as the presence of their race drivers who flew in for the race scheduled the following day, March 24.
Although she had already hosted other high-end fashion and lifestyle events in Malaysia and Singapore since last year, Krista excitedly confessed that it was her first time to host an F1-related event.
“The event’s organizers had heard of me through press releases throughout Malaysia and Singapore and told my agent that they wanted to do something different by trying out an international celebrity. They got hold of my agent and booked me,” she narrates.
The 2010 Bb. Pilipinas International has been making waves in Malaysia in conjunction with the release of her debut single, ‘Feels So Good.’ The official music video generated more than a million hits on Youtube within two weeks of its initial posting.
She also signed up with Warner Music Malaysia/Singapore/Brunei and is gearing up for the release of her full album, which features some of her original compositions.
