BRIA homeowners to benefit from North-South Commuter Railway

Filipinos seeking contemporary homes located in
progressive areas in the Philippines can visit
the
BRIA website and check out units via virtual tours.

Any real estate professional will tell you that the single most important factor that drives value appreciation of a property is location. It is also its biggest selling point. Home seekers want to know: Is the property along a national road? Is it close to transport hubs? Does it have proximity to retail stores, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment centers? Are there reputable schools, hospitals, and churches a short ride away? Does it have access to green spaces and nature views?

Most trusted home builders are well aware of the pivotal role that location plays in selling houses and condominium units. This is why apart from building their projects within driving distance or easy commutes to key lifestyle destinations, BRIA Homes considers its future residents’ proximity to neighboring towns and cities, especially to the metropolis and its suburban neighborhoods.

Tanglawan Festival Exhibit Launched

The City of San Jose Del Monte is one of the merging places that the province of Bulacan is proud of. It has quickly becoming a place of investment and potential with a lot of projects coming its way. And as it prospers by the day, the city and congressional government wants to make its citizens feel that their city is truly on the road to progress.

And recently the city launched its own festival, The Tanglawan festival to celebrate the bright and colorful sights, sounds, flavors, and people to the public. The festival was the idea of the couple public officials Congreswoman Florida Robes and Mayor Arthur Robes. Together along with the vision of the future of the city and lone district, they have set up many activities that include contest, a concert and recently an art exhibit.

Bulacan Schools Experience Ridgid Tools With Clean Up Drive And Games

For public schools in the Philippines especially in the provinces, facilities has been one of the biggest strife they have to ensure quality education and motivation for their learners. Ravaged by different elements like storms, heatwaves, and other deteriorating factors, plus the fact that when something needs repairs, it would take a long time or  not repaired at all.

These have been the struggle of two Bulacan schools, San Miguel-Meysulao High School and AFG Bernardino Memorial School which have been damaged by previous monsoon rains and typhoons which caused flooding and damage to their structures. Though there is preliminary clean up, the situation was not fully resolved with some parts of the schools are still submerged in floodwaters and regular cleaning could not clear it quickly.

Quick Blogs: Facebook and Other Sites Down

After going home, the first thing I did is to check on m accounts especially mail and facebook which are my main channels of communications to friends and clients. However, I just wondered why I cannot access Facebook and Hotmail. I thought the internet was not really available but when going to other sites like google and plurk, everything is doing fine.

After ranting and asking on twitter about this hassle, me and blogger/online friends found out that the reason for this is the connection which is provided by Globe. No word or official annoucement was made about the outage but areas affected includes Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pangasinan and Cavite.

As of the moment, Yahoo, Hotmail and Facebook are the main sites that I (on my end). I hope this is addressed and fixed soon as we do depend on these sites not only for socializing but also for business and network building. I think I will just sleep and hope to be able to log in to facebook via my dreams...
