Alita Battle Angel - In Heavenly Chaos, Comes A Warrior

Originally scheduled to be released in 2018, Alita Battle Angel was postponed for another year to add some finishing touches by the studio. Produced by the blockbuster director James Cameron, and directed by Robert Rodriguez.

Based on the manga and anime of the same name, it tells the story of a cyborg named Alita who was found by Dr. Ido. Revived yet forgets her past, she struggles to know her origins and even met new friends and enemies along the way.

But her mysterious past lives in her mind and her skills as she is combat ready and can compete with larger cyborgs. She also gets into a lethal game of motor ball which will also test her skills and agility. Despite the angelic face, Alita instinctively rise up to challenges and continues to know where she came from and her real purpose of existing.

An Impressive Peek Into The Future In “ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL”

“Alita: Battle Angel” represents a landmark collaboration between two of the best filmmakers working today. Originated (and produced) by James Cameron, the movie has Robert Rodriguez writing and directing a story that adapts Yukito Kishiro’s beloved Manga.

The movie brings the audience in a devastated future world, where society is split between the haves, who exist on the shining city of Zalem, floating above the Earth’s surface, and the have-nots, who must eke out a hardscrabble living in the Iron City, a place where Zalem dumps its garbage. It’s here that cyborg scientist Dr. Dyson Ido (Christoph Waltz) discovers the frame of a mechanoid young woman. As Alita (Rosa Salazar) figures out who she really is and what she’s meant for, the world will never be the same again.

"Legend" Shows "Tarzan" Like You've Never Seen Before‏

First appearing in the 1912 story Tarzan of the Apes, Edgar Rice Burroughs’ Tarzan has remained one of the most enduring characters of 20th-century popular culture. The legendary “lord of the apes” has inspired films, TV serials, radio plays, stage productions, comics and video games.

But what the filmmakers of the upcoming action adventure “The Legend of Tarzan” found in the new script by Adam Cozad and Craig Brewer was a fresh and entirely new take on the legend. “It has great characters, romance, humor and fabulous action,” says David Barron, who is producing the film (with Jerry Weintraub, as well as Alan Riche and Tony Ludwig). “It’s a large-scope, audience-friendly film, but with a thinking mind and a beating heart.”

In the books, SPECTRE is the largest criminal organization which consists of many arms and henchmen which is James Bond's greatest battle. As expected, there will be a lot of locations where Bond will find his foes, secrets, alliances and of course ladies to pursue.

Daniel Craig's style of portraying James Bond has indeed grew into him and definitely different from his predecessors.  However Spectre is not that as progressive as Skyfall, but it never failed in bringing action and thrill throughout the film and also a lot of explosions and hot kissing.

REEL DEAL: Charlie Day, Jason Sudekis Bring Comic Chaos To “HORRIBLE BOSSES 2”

As much as they function best as a team, or what Jason Bateman calls “this three-headed monster, a sort of collective idiot,” New Line Cinema's “Horrible Bosses 2” lets Nick, Dale and Kurt also shine as distinctly individual personalities.

Says producer Jay Stern, “That’s really the strength and the secret of this kind of ensemble. There are people watching around the world who might not identify with all of them but will see a bit of themselves in Dale, or maybe Nick, or Kurt, so audiences have multiple opportunities to get drawn into it.”

For example, the needle of Charlie Day’s character, Dale, only points in one direction or the other: total fear and denial, or total gung-ho commitment. Above all, Dale’s first impulse is to avoid anything that will get him in trouble with his wife, a tendency he displayed in the first round when she was just his fiancée and is now amplified because the stakes are so much higher on the home front.

REEL DEAL: Jason Bateman Stars In "HORRIBLE BOSSES 2", "THIS IS WHERE I LEAVE YOU"

Golden Globe Award-winner Jason Bateman (TV's “Arrested Development,” “Hancock”) headlines two consecutive comedies from Warner Bros. Pictures: the laugh-out-loud “Horrible Bosses 2” and the inspiring “This is Where I Leave You.”

In “Horrible Bosses 2,” everyone's favorite working stiffs Nick (Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) rally with an original invention and another run at the American dream. But a slick investor (Christoph Waltz) soon pulls the rug out from under them. Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor’s adult son (Chris Pine) and ransom him to regain control of their company.
