REEL DEAL: I'm Drunk, I Love You REVIEW

The hugot industry has been the trend with Philippine cinema with all genres of movie finding a way to incorporate the theme in the most unusual stories. But if we go back to the basic hugot story, make it so realistic that it would look like a dramatization of real life experiences of people and then you got this movie. I'm Drunk, I Love You is definitely a realization of how love and alcohol are mixed into the movie.

We have to admit that we love drinking (moderately), and it comes with the emotional baggage of love and life. It revolves around the lives of Carson (Maja), Pio (Paulo), and even the side story of Jason (Dominic). With graduation upon the two, they find themselves on a road trip to La Union for a music and beach festival.

And with Carson's unexpressed love interest towards Pio for seven years, the need to get drunk is the catalyst to get the message across. Along with her gay best friend Jason, the deep "hugot" of her romance towards him is revealed. The interesting thing is how can she say it face to face with Pio.

Dominic Roco still not in speaking terms with dad Bembol

Kapuso actor Dominic Roco admitted that he and his dad, award-winning actor Bembol Roco, are still not in speaking terms with each other after the latter admitted that he has a new woman in his life.

“Between me and my dad, we still don’t talk.  But I don’t want to sound mayabang e.  When I say we don’t talk that’s only because we have nothing to talk about anymore.  If he was here, I would talk to him but what will I talk to him about?  There’s nothing to talk about anymore,” revealed the young actor.

Dominic, however, clarified that he is past the anger he once felt toward his dad and that the only reason why they are not talking is because there isn’t anything left to talk about.
