I know that there has been so much frustration with the delay of the new license plates that should have been distributed to motorists, and that does makes everyone mad and furious. I don't have a car (yet) but I do know that feeling that you have done your part, but there is now response or movement on the other end. Along with the blazing heat of summer that indeed makes the city the "Gates of Hell" along with the never-ending traffic which makes you HANGRY (Hungry and Angry). But wait, I think we need to chill...
