Mila Kunis Teams Up With Single and Overstressed Moms In R-Rated Movie “BAD MOMS”

In the estrogen-filled comedy “Bad Moms,” Amy Mitchell (Mila Kunis, “Black Swan”) has a seemingly perfect life: a great marriage, over-achieving kids, a beautiful home and a career. However, she's over-worked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she's about to snap.

Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms, Kiki (Kristen Bell, “Frozen”) and Carla (Kathryn Hahn, “Transparent”), on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mom-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence –and putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn (Christina Applegate) and her clique of devoted, perfect moms, Vicky (Annie Mumolo) and Stacy (Jada Pinkett Smith).

REEL DEAL: Bad Moms Review

In this world full of pressure and disappointments, we do have to thank moms all over the world for helping us in our needs as children, and some even up to today. Looking into the lives of these wives (or single parents in some cases), STX entertainment released BAD MOMS starring Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn showing a different light and turn of events of mothers unleashing their inner demons.

This R-16 (Philippines, MTRCB) film brings together 3 moms who were fed up of the high standards of motherhood to be the ideal mother and raise children to be the best. But it seems that things will also be shaken up with their "rebellion" that will also affect the people around them especially their kids.

Amy Mitchell (Kunis) stands up from all the people around her who caused her a lot of pressure and problems, her husband, her kids, her workplace, and most especially her fellow mothers which led her to form friendship with Kiki (Bell) and Carla (Hahn). And like the Boys of the Hangover, which the writers came from, put in some alcohol in them and they will explode.

Unlike the other family-themed adult comedy movies, Bad Moms came with a good story without going into so many exaggerations just to tickle the audience. It effectively used real life talks and situations to its advantage with less theatricals. If you are a mom, you will feel the intensity more, so prepare lots of tissues for laughter and touching moments.
