Jonas Brothers’ ‘The Tour’ Set to Visit the Philippines in February 2024

Fresh off the heels of their final North American shows and three-night hometown run, Jonas Brothers have announced that THE TOUR will also journey to the Philippines on February 22, 2024, to perform at the Mall of Asia Arena. 

‘The Tour’ is their most ambitious outing to date with 98 shows across 26 countries. Every night is a celebration of five albums and features their best hits throughout the years including a variety of career-spanning deep cuts and fan-favorite hits. 

Their monumentally successful North American run, which hit legendary venues including Toronto’s Rogers Centre, Chicago’s Wrigley Field and Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium, concluded this month at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. In 2024, the tour will continue its trek around the globe starting in The Philippines, Indonesia, and New Zealand in February. They will also perform for the first time ever in Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Northern Ireland, Hamburg, Lyon, Munich and Norway. 

Alanis Morissette to Serenade Fans in Manila for 2-Nights

The countdown begins for Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill concert in the Philippines. One month from now, the Canadian- American singer-songwriter is scheduled to perform on August 1 and 2, 2023, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Her concert is highly anticipated by her Filipino fans, who are eagerly waiting for the opportunity to witness the powerful voice of the Queen of Alt-Rock Angst. 

Morissette’s music has resonated with millions of listeners around the world since the release of her breakthrough album, “Jagged Little Pill,” in 1995.  Her songs tackle the themes of love, heartbreak, and personal growth, striking a chord with listeners of all backgrounds. Morissette has solidified her place in music history with hits like “Ironic,” “You Oughta Know,” and “Hand in My Pocket, and witnessing her perform these songs in person is an experience that will undoubtedly create lasting memories.

Buckle up and brace for the "First Impact" as the 9-member multinational project girl group KEP1ER comes to Manila for the first time. Kep1er was formed through Mnet's reality survival show Girls Planet 999 - in search for top female trainees from China, Japan, and South Korea. The group made their debut on January 3, 2022 with their first mini album, First Impact. The carrier single “Wa Da Da” debuted at #84 at the Billboard Hot 100 on the week of its release.

Alanis Morissette In Manila On April 6

Music fans are in for a treat as seven-time GRAMMY winner Alanis Morissette returns for a one-night concert on April 6 at the Mall Of Asia Arena, celebrating 25 Years of Jagged Little Pill, her most iconic breakthrough album. 

Since 1995, Alanis Morissette has been one of the most influential singer-songwriter-musicians in contemporary music. Her deeply expressive music and performances have earned vast critical praise. Morissette’s 1995 debut, Jagged Little Pill, was followed by nine more eclectic and acclaimed albums. She has contributed musically to theatrical releases and has acted on the big and small screen. Outside of entertainment, she is an avid supporter of female empowerment, as well as spiritual, psychological and physical wellness. In 2016, Alanis launched Conversation with Alanis Morissette, a monthly podcast that features conversations with a variety of revered authors, doctors, educators, and therapists, covering a wide range of psychosocial topics extending from spirituality to developmentalism to art. On December 5, 2019, Jagged Little Pill, The Musical, made its Broadway debut at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City. Also in December 2019, Alanis released her newest song, Reasons I Drink. Park Bo Gum Fan Meet In Manila

Love In The Moonlight breakthrough actor and one of South Korea’s youngest superstars Park Bo Gum encounters his Filipino fans live at his first ever fan meeting on April 27, 2019 at the Mall of Asia Arena. The Philippines is the most recent addition to Park Bo Gum’s 2019 Asia Tour: May Your Every Day Be A Good Day. The much anticipated tour kicked off in Seoul last January, and Manila will be the eighth and final stop, concluding the round of shows in Asia this year.

As a way to express the actor’s sincerest gratitude to adoring fans in the Philippines, Park Bo Gum will give Hi-Touch royalty and Good Day Manila official posters to all on-site attendees. In addition, 50 lucky fan meet ticket holders will be randomly selected to be part of his press conference prior to the Manila show, and 40 other ticket holders will each receive an autographed official poster.

Park Bo Gum jumpstarted his career in the entertainment industry by debuting as a supporting actor in the thriller film Blind (2011) and landed his first major role in the weekend series Wonderful Mama (2013). Harry Styles Concert tickets allocated for Globe customer pre-registration: Gone in 52 seconds

Globe Telecom has broken yet another record with Tuesday’s pre-registration for ‘Harry Styles Live on Tour’ concert set for May 1, 2018 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. In just 52 seconds since the pre-registration’s opening at 9AM of June 13, all slots allotted for Globe customers in the pre-registration were sold-out due to the public’s overwhelming demand, topping Coldplay’s Globe pre-registration record of six minutes.

MUSIC LYF: Demi Lovato to Mesmerize Filipino Lovatics in Demi World Tour in Manila

Wilbros Live ushers in 12-time Teen Choice Awards winner, American actress, singer, and songwriter Demi Lovato to Manila to perform a one-night only show on April 30, 2015, 8PM at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Demi Lovato is widely known for her incomparable vocal prowess, the various television shows she starred in, her role as Mitchie in Disney film Camp Rock which elevated her to fame, and as one of the prominent judges of the American X Factor.

In her previous and third tour, Neon Lights, Demi reached out to the fans all the more by imparting with them the trying times of her life. Billboard considers Demi’s sharing of her past struggles the “most interesting aspect” of the show. The singer-songwriter and actress conveyed to the audience her withdrawal from a world tour to enter a treatment facility due to “physical and emotional issues”. Billboard adds, “As much as Lovato has evolved as a performer since that scary period in her life, however, she has admirably made that past the visible bedrock of her artistry”.
