Aiming to establish strong ties with Dabawenyos, Taiwan Excellence brought brng cutting-edge Taiwanese technology to Davao City recently as part of the 2019 Davao International Marathon (DIM 2019).

Executive Vice President of TAITRA Simon Wang, expressed the brand’s desire to build a harmonious relationship with the city, and advance bilateral growth for both Taiwan and Davao.

“We are bringing Taiwan Excellence products to Davao City to introduce the Taiwanese tradition of innovation to more consumers in the Philippines,” he said.

To give back to fans and friends, they will stage their one-night intimate concert to be held at the Power Mac Spotlight Circuit Makati on March 29, 2019 at 7PM. ABS-CBN names Kerwin Du as new Country Manager for Canada

ABS-CBN Global, the organization that oversees all international subsidiaries of ABS-CBN Corporation, the world’s largest Filipino media and entertainment company, has recently named Kerwin Du as the new Country Manager of Canada.

As Country Manager of Canada, Du is responsible for strategy execution, business operations, profitability, growth and expansion in the country.  He reports directly to ABS-CBN Managing Director for North and Latin America Jun Del Rosario.

Changing the way we look at cutting trees

There are many misconceptions about the act of cutting trees and the usage of wood and other by-products, the Philippine Wood Producers Association (PWPA) aims to dispel these myths and in the process educate the public about the importance of sustainable forest management.

Sustainable forest management refers to environmental preservation and management that is sustainable, socially acceptable, and economically viable. It is the key to maximizing the benefits of tree cutting while keeping the negatives down to a minimum and helps ensure that the well-being of the environment is preserved for future generations.
