There will be something new that will be part of Manual to Lyf Music Lyf to further enhance the music experience with the newest OPM songs coming out, it would be helpful for the music junkies like me to have a say on albums out today. This new section will be called Music Lyf Listening Room. And for the first featured album will be Gloc-9's MKNM Mga Kwento Ng Makata.
Just launched last month, MKNM is gloc-9's first album with Universal Records and the fourth overall. Gloc-9 again colaborated with other OPM artists like Billy Crawford, Jay Durias, Ebe Dancel, Bamboo Manalac, Chito Miranda, and his Protege Denise Barbacena.
The first single launched was SIRENA (with Ebe Dancel) and debuted number one on the MYX Daily Top 20. Album is now available in record stores and mymusicstore.com.

I liked the song for its chorus supplemented with the rap story of a policeman, tackles the good and the bad policemen.

Gloc 9's tribute song to the master rapper Francis Magalona. Makes me miss him too...
SIRENA
This collaboration with Ebe Dancel pays homage to the gay community. It was actually interesting to hear two straight men singing about the plight of gay men in the society.

Bamboo Manalac joins in this colaboration, which starts with distinctively Bamboo and then Gloc 9 enters smoothly.

This song tells te story of a maid, a reality check to what they go through.
BAKIT HINDI
Featuring Billy Crawford is a great lively song which is also fuse
HINDI MO NADINIG
I find it similar to "Atik Laham" from the previous album, but this one is so heavy and musically graphic (no explicit words, but very strong in terms of impact)
MALAKAS
a short intro for the next song featuring Chito Miranda.
PISON
Playful with the energy of Chito Miranda, thus it has the hint of Parokya Ni Edgar
THANKFUL
Gloc 9's only english rap song in the album. It actually feels like a 90's hit song, nostalgia kicks in!

My Christmas LSS wit the triumph of Asyong Salonga, Manila Kingpin. I loved the movie and loved this song too.

KUNG TAMA SIYA
Written for the 150th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal. Gloc 9 said it was meant to be a dialogue of between the national hero and Andres Bonifacio. Looks like a great Balagtasan of heroes
