Choose Your Own Path To Fitness!

We know that fitness is indeed a challenge for all of us, one can never remain young and strong forever. It does take conditioning, maintenance, and consistency to achieve the body that we want. There are a lot of ways for us to get fit, especially for me who works mainly sitting down and (usually) chomping down a lot of food to keep me focused on my works.

City gyms are indeed a blessing for us urban dwellers, and Fitness First comes to mind when it comes to known brands of fitness. And they have been in the business for many years which helped a lot to find their own ways, either it may be to lose weight, gain strength and flexibility, build endurance, or even discovering inner peace.
Trying A New Class

I love trying yoga though I am not that flexible, because it challenges me. But this yoga class is different from the rest. It is a combination of modern tai chi, yoga and other disciplines rolled into one. This called is called BodyBalance by Les Millsled by coach Igby Anog. Classes follow the prescribed choreography and equipment to ensure maximum results.

Trying the class would start slow, then grows into a intense flex, strength and balance. And it finishes with a slow transition to cool down. It was tiring yet fun, and would love to do it again.

Next is the Power Plate, which is discussed by coach Chance Vega. It involves the use of equipment specifically made to target areas of concern. The gym has areas for crossfit and bodybuilding, assisted by coaches that will recommend you the best program you can get into to achieve the results you and me need.
