As part of their rewarding their employees for a productive year, Transcom Worldwide Philippines gives back to their team members with another year of Tunog Transcom Tayo held at Metrotent Convention Center. An early Christmas treat for them, it is now becoming a tradition for the company to let them enjoy a night of OPM performances and even a competition of the best singers that comes from different sites of Transcom.
Usually companies would only celebrate their achievements at the end of the year, but Transcom recognizes that they should celebrate milestones and let people get loose and enjoy great music and activities with Tunog Transcom Tayo. Like it's first year, it brings together the biggest names in OPM bringing with them the hits that built their name in the industry.
With over hours of music, games, activities, the night were filled with the music of bands like Mayonnaise, Chiquerella, Sponge Cola, Where’s Ramona, This Band, Ben&Ben, Aegis, and Ebe Dancel. With each segment an engaging experience to all the attendees, songs like "Jopay," "Hari Ng Sablay," "Kahit Ayaw Mo Na," "Jeepney," "Maybe The Night," and "Halik" are just some of the hundred of songs performed onstage which brings memories and emotions to the audience.
Taking a look at the things they have done in the year, they feel proud that despite their hectic workload and schedules, they still find time for give back to communities, promote awareness, and also let their employees express themselves freely.
They also celebrate diversity and talent with a special competition between talented singers of the company with "Viral Voice." Ten contenders battle it out with their contest pieces that are also worthy to compete with national singing competitions.
"Our awesome multi-talented coworkers are placed at the heart of Tunog Transcom Tayo and have been auditioning for months as part of our very own Viral Voice competition. Filipinos are known across the globe for their musicality and singing abilities and this is no exception here at Transcom where our finalists will be showing off their talent alongside bands such as Sponge Cola, Ben&Ben, and Aegis,” Lyndsell further shared.
