Vico Sotto Leads In Opening NeighborGoods At Ayala Malls The 30th

Many are happy with the new administration of Mayor Vico Sotto for Pasig City, and as part of his projects to further progress the city and its citizens is to promote and support them with entrepreneurship. He recently joined in the launch of the  NeighborGoods at Ayala Malls The 30th.

The mall which is in the eastern part of the Ortigas center provided a new place for Pasiguenos to shop and unwind. This is a perfect place to set up an exhibit that will showcase proudly Pasig-based businesses that also aims to be the next big enterprise.


The exhibit which was launched last August 26 was formally opened by Mayor Vico Sotto which was one of his most recent public appearance. The exhibit features 25 brands which ranges from food, handicrafts, and other services which the city government of pasig supports through the partnership of the Pasig Livelihood Training Center.

For it's ribbon cutting moment, alongside Mayor Vico are Ayala Malls The 30th General Manager Pivi Anne Diaz, City Administrator Atty. Jeron Manzanero, and Pasig Livelihood Training Center  Chairperson Atty. Rey Jose Espinosa. And to entertain everyone with her soulful voice, Princess Velasco sang several songs to provide a chill vibe to everyone.

Neighborgoods is spearheaded by Ayala Malls in several of its branches that has helped a lot of budding businesses since January 2017. Opening this in Pasig City also celebrates the presence of Ayala in Pasig City which is a fast-growing city with its financial and business centers.

This is a great opportunity for Neighborgoods which can attract nearby office workers, mall goers, and even residents to discover products they dont usually see.Some of the brands participating are Bees Mode Honey, C Fragrance, Happy Organics, All Things Eco, Grasyarap Homemade, Gourmet Tuyo, Kilus Foundation, among others. 

It was with these bazaars that several big businesses were able to get their big break which many are manufactured in the home or garage. Though success does not have a definite paths or formulas, these opportunities could open up venues for regular customers, potential business partners, a chance to supply to corporations, or make a name for themselves through word-of-mouth or in digital platforms.
