TBA Studios' Quezon movie will hitting theaters soon as part of the Bayaniverse trilogy which comes full circle with the film about the late president Manuel Luis Quezon. From Heneral Luna and Goyo, Quezon brings another great story about Philippine history with the era of the Commonwealth and the path to independence and more.
As part of their campaign to promote the movie all over the Philippines, TBA Studios and the Quezon team has gone around the country to promote the film together with the actors. Now as the film is nearing its showing date, they held an impromptu event at the largest mall in the country. This is a great venue given that thousands of people visit the mall especially during weekends.
From the halls of IKEA Pasay, the cast with their period attire, gathered to a "living room" as their meeting place then made their campaign walk going to the stage near the main mall. It was something from the past with banners and a marching band going to the venue where it got the attention of the people and see the cast walking under a drizzle.
As they arrived, the two mortal rivals Emilio Aguinaldo played by Mon Confiado, and Manuel Quezon played by Jericho Rosales stood and made their speeches as candidates of the presidential election back in those days. It was a fun and engaging movement for the cast where they finally announce the showing date of the film set on October 15.
Discounted price for Students and Teachers are also available and they just need to provide their school ID at participating cinemas nationwide.
