Bossjob Accelerates Global Growth and Strengthens Philippine Presence with New Partnerships and Employer Wins

Bossjob, the chat-first, AI-powered career platform, continues its strong growth trajectory across Southeast Asia and beyond, powered by steady user expansion, breakthrough product innovations, and new employer partnerships that reinforce its role as a trusted hiring platform for the future of work.

From January to August 2025, Bossjob achieved remarkable global adoption, generating more than 1.7 million monthly chats between job seekers and employers. This surge in engagement highlights the success of its AI-driven, chat-first hiring model, which provides faster, smarter, and more efficient talent matching.

“Our vision has always been to make hiring seamless for both talents and employers. These milestones show that Bossjob is not only growing steadily but also transforming the way recruitment works across markets,” said Kiat How Quak, Co-Founder of Bossjob.

Driving Product Innovation

Central to this momentum is BossAI, now fully integrated into the Employer Dashboard. The tool consolidates resumes, applies AI-powered suitability analysis, and introduces new collaboration features, such as team notes—giving employers sharper insights and faster decision-making capabilities.

Bossjob also improved its onboarding process, driving resume completion rates up to 86% through A/B testing. Enhanced job recommendations and upcoming UI and copy refinements are set to create an even more intuitive experience for job seekers and higher conversion rates for employers.

Philippine Growth: A Core Driver

The Philippines remains at the heart of Bossjob’s growth. From January to August 2025, the platform’s registered talents increased from 4.16 million to 5.20 million (+25%), while employer accounts grew from 67,000 to 81,000.

This expansion has been strengthened by deeper collaborations with PESO BiƱan, PESO San Jose del Monte, PESO Pasay, and partner schools, including Trimex Colleges, University of Rizal System, Philippine Women’s University, and Adamson University. These partnerships are expected to grow even further as part of Bossjob’s continuing commitment to preparing the Filipino workforce for success and generating employment opportunities nationwide.

Trusted by leading employers such as INGCO PH, Good Eats by SSI, Jeeves Manila, and TDCX, Bossjob’s value continues to grow as it further equips businesses across various industries. In recent months, high-profile brands Gongcha Philippines Inc. and Fruitas Group Inc. also joined its growing roster of employer partners, underscoring Bossjob’s reputation as a platform of choice.

By bridging innovation with impact, Bossjob is building a future-ready ecosystem where technology, employers, and talents converge.
