It’s time to go beyond as Converge FiberX aims to gather more students to join their Student Ambassadors in 2026
It started as an idea: each person, each student, has an “X” in them. The X is a drive, a skill, a particular passion, a story that needs to be shared. This became the seed that grew into the Converge FiberX Student League. Thousands answered the call from different colleges and universities, each student bringing their own story, each wanting to be a part of something bigger, something truly game-changing.
From the group, 100 students were chosen. Among the 100, ten stood out. They were the ChosenX. Different backgrounds, different personalities, each with the desire to find their X, their passion, and share it with the world. They first gathered at the DimensionX event to celebrate the kickoff of the Student League.
The FiberX Student League Ambassadors found and worked on their X
Five of the Student League Ambassadors had their PC setups upgraded through the Super FiberX Battlestation Raid series. Converge visited their homes and presented the powerful PCs, reinforcing the company’s commitment to empowering the next generation by transforming everyday computer setups into high-performance battlestations that support a wide range of pursuits.
Another five Student League Ambassadors joined the Converge Team on a learning trip to Thailand, where they met with other students to share different topics, ideas, and experiences that spanned across countries. They finished off the trip with a day spent at the Thailand Game Show, one of the biggest gaming conventions in Southeast Asia.
What’s Next, Starts with X
In 2025, Converge visited 60 schools and connected with over 18,000 students, providing a truly unique and game-changing “Xperience”. 2026 is set to become an even bigger year for the Student League program, as Converge reinforces its commitment to “Finding Your X” by expanding to Visayas and Mindanao. The Converge Team announced that the brand will be visiting colleges and universities across the country to meet new students, listen to their stories, and help them find their X. The Converge FiberX Student League is ready to create more spaces for bigger experiences and endless possibilities. A new batch of the ChosenX will be gathered, supported by a new season of Battlestation Raid featuring stunning PC builds presented to deserving Student Ambassadors by the top gaming and esports personalities.
“Converge wants to enable these students to reach their goals, and we want to be a part of their journey. From finding their X to making their X a reality, we want to be involved in the co-creation of their milestones,” said Sandra Tubale Dingal, AVP & Head of Consumer Segment Marketing of Converge. “We want them to realize that technology isn’t just confined to making content, but it is a powerful tool for improving lives and reaching dreams.”
Additional details of the program will be announced on social media and on the road, as Converge is also gearing up for a series of roadshow events designed to deliver the power of X to every corner of the country.
“The FiberX Student League was what we envisioned our purpose to be. It is our X., and we are so proud of the Student League Ambassadors for being able to rise through challenges and be able to grow, learn, and share their experiences,” said Orange Ramirez, VP and Brand & Marketing Head of Converge. “We are truly honored to have helped them find their voice, their space, their people, and most importantly, their X.”
Together with the expanded Student League Program, Converge also announced the deployment of Creative X Labs, designed to bring the Converge game-changing experience to more people in the country. To complement the campaign, the brand is also gearing up to launch a multi-function application designed to engage users and students to level up their Converge Xperience. Through the app, users can play minigames while earning rewards at the same time. They can also get rewarded for referring their friends and loved ones, which they can use to redeem prizes. The app is slated to launch around March 2026.
