This Christmas Day the Metro Manila Film Festival on its 38th year makes the season a time of love and laughter with the unlikely yet very awaited team up of the biggest names in Philippine showbiz today.
Phenomenal Box-Office Star Vice Ganda, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, and Comedy Concert Queen Aiai Delas Alas will pumup up the holiday rush via their unkabogable Christmas comedy movie offering fro Star Cinema and Viva Films titled "SISTERAKAS," which will hit theaters nationwide December 25 (Tuesday).
Directed by the box-office director Wenn V. Deranas, "SISTERAKAS" features the highly anticipated first ever onscreen team-up of Vice, Kris , and Aiai who will portray fierce rivals in the film. In the story, Vice portray the role of Bernice, a super successful 'lord of apparels industry' and business leader of the Ponytale company who is determined to bring all her opponents down, including her hardworking half-sister Detty (Aiai) whose family refused to help Bernice's family when they are poor, and Roselle (Kris) the equally brilliant and talented yet eccentric business archnemesis.
In Bernice's quest to secure her throne as the queen of her industry, although it's against her will, Bernice is force to hire Detty as his 75th assistant. But things get out of hand and the world get crazier when Detty suddenly becomes an employee--of all people--Roselle!
With the rivalry getting tougher and more intense than ever and severely affecting each other's intertwined lives, who among Bernice, Detty and Roselle will emerge victorious?
