John Lloyd and Sarah Geronimo fans rejoice as their very successful love team up for movie as the lovable characters of Miggy and Laida. "It Takes A Man And A Woman" is the third intallment to their loveteam which started with "A Very Special Love", the followed with "You Changed My Life" and both movies were box office hits.
The team up may have been doubted at first, as it was Sarah and John Lloyd's first team up together and fans are still clinging to the Bea-John Lloyd chemistry. The first two movies prove that they have succeeded in winning the hearts of viewers with their unique style of romance comedy.

In the presscon of the movie, John Lloyd said that it is indeed hard to make a RomCom movie than Drama because, its hard t find the right scene that gives the "kilig" factor to the viewers. Sarah on the other hand, may have changed a lot for the third movie as she becomes more of the strong-willed woman, more fiercer, more braver which also stirs up the tension between them. Also joining the love complications is Isabel Daza who will play Miggy's new girlfriend, and this is her first movie debut also.
With the first two movies a big blockbuster hit, the pressure for the cast and crew to at least par with it or surpass is a challenge that they kept in mind to make the love trilogy be memorable and also give the viewers the entertainment and "kilig" that they loved from Miggy and Laida. They also included scenes and lines which would come from the previous movies but first time watchers won't be left clueless because they are indeed hillarious and moving.
