Interational Zumba Instructor Loretta Bates came to the Philippines as part of her world tour to bring the good news and fun of the fit and hip dance of Zumba. Though zumba has been here in the country for quite some time, it has a great following with a large age range as it can be done by most people from young to old.Zumba is a dance with repetitive choreography with different levels of intensity. It can be as simple as swinging hips and sliding steps to intense and sexy that makes it a very feel good exercise. C-Lium Fibre, together with Live Love Party International, brought Loretta and her fellow Zumba Instructor for two special Zumba sessions in Bacolod City back on October 4, and recenly at The Playground, Ronac Art Center in San Juan, Metro Manila last October 5.
Loretta Bates is a Zumba education specialist, instructor, and ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) member since 2007. She is also an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, making her the right person to educate people on how to live a healthy and active lifestyle through Zumba.
While she conducts most of her training sessions in North and South Carolina, she also travels around the world to promote her mission of helping others have better, healthier lives. And, C-Lium is very happy that she’s bringing her Zumba moves here to the Philippines.
