
The first concert to be led by award-winning Filipino rapper Gloc9 will be held at the Plaza Independencia in Lipa City on November 29 at 6 p.m., while the second concert with "It’s Showtime" (ABS-CBN) host Karylle will be held on November 30 at SM City San Pablo at 3 p.m.


Fifth Dynamics lead by former The Voice of the Philippines contender Mark Cordovales is a fast-rising band. After winning the Dreams Get Real talent search of McJim Classic Leather, the group recorded the chart-topping single titled "Anyare."
Vocal trio JBK composed of Joshua Bulot, Bryan Del Rosario, and Kim Nicolas is making waves in the music scene. The group’s RnB infused ballad "Anong Meron Ka", which was handpicked by APO Hiking Society member Jim Paredes as the Critic’s Song of the Year in the Dreams Get Real competition, is now getting heavy airplays on major radio stations across the country.
A product of X-Factor Philippines and Dreams Get Real, Neo Domingo topped national and local charts with his debut single “Pagbigyan Mo Na.” It was even named as the Most Wanted Song of 97.1 Barangay LS FM.
Aside from promoting BellaVita’s new developments, the musical fair is the real estate development's early Christmas treat to the residents of San Pablo and Lipa City including their nearby towns.

DZMM TeleRadyo and MOR Manila DJ Onse Tolentino, a native of Lipa City, will grace the Plaza Independecia concert while 90.7 Love Radio DJ Nicole Hyala will be the host the event in SM City San Pablo.
