With a growing number of properties, ARTHALAND is now going to Katipunan to build their new project Liv located near the university district of Quezon City. Located at the corner of Rajah Matanda Street and Katipunan Avenue, it is also near schools like Ateneo, Miriam and UP, its primary market are students and workers within the Katipunan area which is one of the prime locations with many institutions, commercial spaces and offices within the area.
For this project, they also have the Arthaland Gallery located along C5 and just around 3 kilometers from the Liv project site. The space includes a display area, a digital kiosk, a scale model of the development, a unit finishes area, and fully furnished Studio and One-bedroom model units. It will also have a café operated by the local brand Switch Coffee, with an indoor space and an al fresco area open to the public.
