Netflix releases character images from ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,’ starring Kiernan Shipka

We’ve seen glimpses of Sabrina Spellman and others inhabiting the world of Greendale in this chilling teaser. Today, Netflix released the character guide (and new images!) for the characters of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, so fans can get to know them better before diving into their scary good world.  

Anointing You with the First Look Photos of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

Netflix released the first two official photos from Chilling Adventures of Sabrina starring Kiernan Shipka.  Based on the comic series which has also been tuned into a live action series and animation, now comes a more dark adaptation of the teenage witch.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.
