Outstanding cities and municipalities win literacy awards

The Literacy Coordinating Council of the Department of Education has revealed the winners of the 2012 National Literacy Awards. This award recognizes outstanding local government units that made remarkable inroads in bringing literacy to more community constituency.

Education Secretary Br. Armin A.
