Lets start July with a bang with our video version of the sensational song of Carly Rae Jepsen "Call Me Maybe". Another trending video from the bloggers video series! Enjoy!

QUICK BLOGS: The Bourne Legacy New Trailer

The wait is over (well not totally) for the awaited Bourne Legacy film to show scenes of the Philippines. Here is the second trailer of the Bourne Legacy shown later this year with a lot of action happening in the streets of Manila. I loved how they made Manila into something more interesting than the melodramatic films of love, blah blah blah...

Enjoy the trailer, do have popcorn with you!

Quick Blogs:Organize Everything Sunday and the Cool Invitation!

Sunday is always my reference of the start of the week and a time to reboot. With all of the busy schedules and a lot of junk in my bed makes me frustrated and compels me to re organize my stuff. I actually just finished hours ago, that is why I'm back to blogging, but also have a lot of things to do like doing the laundry and go to church.

It really eats a lot of time but I have to do it, since I live on my own. But I think things will get better this week and also very excited for my 25th birthday at the end of the month. There will be a launch of a new gadget this week which I am proud to cover.  Keep visiting Manual to Lyf !

Quick Blogs: Robots and Caracol Fetsival!

The day has been a busy one for me with two different events. One is the Robotics competition at the Nido Fortified Science Discovery Center at SM Mall of Asia and the Caracol Festival at Ayala Triangle. It was a fun day of engineering (which I love) and art (which I also love). Will post details and the blog post soon. so keep posted!

Quick Blogs: Climbed 20 Floors of Stairs!

Yes, you heard it right, 20 floors and this happened at the Bro. Anrew Gonzales Building in De La Salle Manila because I was running late for the presscon of A Fire in the Heart produced by DLSU this February 26 and 27. I took the stairs because there was a long line at the elevators. I did notice a elevator for faculty but I thought it was strictly for faculty and employees of DSLU. And since I calculated that it will take me longer to wait to get in I decided to go up the stairs...

And the venue is at the 20th floor. I though I would get very exhausted at the first half but was able to reach the 15th floor and slowed my pace until I reached the 20th floor. Indeed it was an achievement for me, weird yet fun. and to commemorate this record. I pictured the stairway thall the way down and also the 20th floor mark. But though tiring, I was rewarded by winning in the raffle a limited edition DLSU 100th year Swatch Watch (plus meeting the legendary Peque Gallaga!). It truly made my day. Now off to see the movie This Means War

Will post the review next!

Quick Blogs: Facebook and Other Sites Down

After going home, the first thing I did is to check on m accounts especially mail and facebook which are my main channels of communications to friends and clients. However, I just wondered why I cannot access Facebook and Hotmail. I thought the internet was not really available but when going to other sites like google and plurk, everything is doing fine.

After ranting and asking on twitter about this hassle, me and blogger/online friends found out that the reason for this is the connection which is provided by Globe. No word or official annoucement was made about the outage but areas affected includes Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pangasinan and Cavite.

As of the moment, Yahoo, Hotmail and Facebook are the main sites that I (on my end). I hope this is addressed and fixed soon as we do depend on these sites not only for socializing but also for business and network building. I think I will just sleep and hope to be able to log in to facebook via my dreams...
