In 1991, a group of boys in Ateneo High School banded together to sing for Days With the Lord retreats; called themselves Hangad, after their shared desire to know and help others know God through song; and began a 20-year journey of seven albums and numerous concerts, accompanying and inspiring individual’s most intimate moments with God Next month, Hangad will mark their 20th anniversary with the release of their eighth album, This Time With You, which explores and celebrates prayer as a deeply personal, one-on-one conversation with God.
