Now the sequel Jumanji: Next Level is bound to give everyone excitement with yet another jungle adventure-filled film.

Frozen II brings more magic and adventure that will take us on a journey with Elsa and Anna as they try to uncover the buried truth behind Elsa’s past in order to discover the origins of her magical powers. SM Cinema’s Sine Sindak Horror Film Festival is back to give moviegoers full-on fright fix

SM Cinema’s very own Sine Sindak Horror Film Festival is back for its second run with five curated movie titles courtesy of Crystalsky Multimedia Inc. – Dead Sight, Evil’s Curse, Door Lock, The Only Mom and Look Away – starting October 23 until October 29 at all SM Cinema branches.

In Deadsight, a partially blind man and a pregnant officer work together to escape their town through swarms of the living dead.

A holiday romance gone wrong, Evil’s Curse is the story of a young backpacker falls in love with a girl who is possessed by demons.

Doorlock is a creepy story about a woman’s escape and struggle from a stalker.

SM Cinema underscores inclusivity in Maleficent “Welcome to the Moors” mall display

The Maleficent “Welcome to the Moors” exhibit features themed tunnels and three rooms that will transport moviegoers to different worlds. During the launch, visually impaired children from Deaf and Blind Foundation Philippines joined SM Cinema in welcoming the public into the Moors. The exhibit will run from October 10-16 in S’Maison and will move to SM Southmall from October 17-23.

In this sequel to the Sleeping Beauty-retelling, Maleficent’s peaceful life is turned upside down when Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip get engaged. Maleficent and her goddaughter suddenly find themselves in opposing sides of an impending war as Phillip’s mother, Queen Ingrith, plots to divide humans and fairies forever.

Car Lovers Gather For A Fast And Furious Experience

Following the high-octane action in cinemas, The Fast and Furious Hobbs and Shaw  sparks inspiration and interest with fast cars and amazing details and features. SM Cinema recently gathered car enthusiast groups Stance Pilipinas and Car Porn Racing for a special car meet held at the NU Mall of Asia Car park.

The gathering brought rows and rows of powered and pimped-up vehicles that ranges from classic yet powerful vintage cars up to the latest and high-end muscle cars that are similar to the ones seen in the Fast and Furious franchise particularly Tokyo Drift.

Easily one of the most recognizable modern-day directors, Bong Joon-ho is known for genre-bending films such as The Host, Mother and Snowpiercer. His latest film Parasite is a black comedy/drama in the mold of a home invasion thriller that offers the audience a darkly funny yet ultimately unsettling glimpse into the lives of two families divided by class. 

Parasite follows the Kim family who live in a sub-basement apartment in a low income area of Seoul. Ki-Woo, the Kims’ eldest son, with the help of his sister Ki-Jung, forges a fake diploma and gets the opportunity to work at the hilltop mansion of the very wealthy Park family. However, greed threatens the security of his job, as well as the safety of his own family and the people around him.

Attention ARMYs! SM Cinema is set to give you a peek into the world of massively popular K-pop group, BTS with the latest full feature film entitled Bring the Soul: The Movie.

The movie which will be shown exclusively at SM Cinemas beginning August 7 follows the K-Pop band’s record-breaking Burn the Stage: The Movie and their concert film Love Yourself in Seoul which were released in 2018.

Bring the Soul: The Movie invites fans to follow their journey from the stage to the big screen, witnessing spectacular concert performances to intimate moments off the stage while following the group’s 2018 Love Yourself tour in Europe where they performed in London, Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam.

Spider-Fans Will Not Feel Far From Home With The Special Fan Event.

With just a few days before Spider-Man Far From Home opens in cinemas, and we were just fresh from the hype brought to us by Avengers Endgame. SM Cinema recently unveiled their special exhibit for the friendly neighborhood web-slinger at the SM Mall of Asia Atrium. This enabled fans and mall goers to see the vast display and activities that they can do to immerse themselves in the world of Peter Parker and the friends and foes around him.

The Ultimate Spidey Fan Event runs from June 28 to July 3 with different stations where they can do a lot of "spidey" things like hanging around their upside down photo booths, take a group photo with the characters of Far From Home. There are also displays of different Spider-Man collection and artworks. Among them was the special artwork made by steampunk artist Ram Mallari.
