Jayda Avanzado Is Now Part of Rise Artists Studio and Star Magic

With her musical career on an upswing, Jayda now forays to a new territory—acting, as she joins ABS-CBN through its talent management arms.

Today marks a very special day for young singer Jayda Avanzado as it was officially announced that she will be managed by Rise Artists Studio and Star Magic.

The year has definitely become brighter for Jayda, with her 18th birthday and first major concert happening this June, this newest career development will definitely add another feather to this young achiever’s cap.

With her joining the management teams, she will be exploring new dimensions. Aside from joining ASAP Natin’to, she will be part of We Rise Together and will soon be part of the upcoming projects of ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN Films.

Jayda will definitely be a most welcome addition to the KAPAMILYA constellation of stars this 2021 and beyond!

Marlo Mortel Gets ImMORTELized For His First Solo Concert

Marlo Mortel may have gone through a rough year recently, he is now ready to move on with the recent passing of his mother Merlie Pamintuan. But beyond grief, he shifted his energy to pursue his dreams as a performer and now getting ready for an upcoming concert happening this month.

To be held at the Music Museum, the cocert is called ImMORTELized which is also his first solo concert, will happening on October 26. He also had a recent concert along with their boyband Harana, with fellow members Bryan Santos, Jopeph Marco, and Michael Pangilinan.  

It was a sold-out concert which he also wishes to happen now he makes one of his own. Despite the sadness of recent events in his family, he is also dedicating all of his performances to her late mother. He is currently bust with his work in "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," and "Umagang Kay Ganda" which really kept him occupied at work.

I couldn't believe that Piolo Pascual will turn 40 next week, and he still has that charm like when he started showbiz. Take note that the girls who first fell in love with him are mostly mothers now and still in love with him even up to today. Fresh from his role from Passion De Amor which is one of the hottest TV series in the afternoon, Jake Cuenca moves into a new project in which he is revealed as the newest endorser of the underwear brand, Guitar. No doubt he has always been tapped as endorser and model for many fashion brands and with Guitar Underwear he said it would be more immersive with a nationwide promotion also lined up for the actor.

Along with this he also revealed that he will be pursue his passion for film directing in New York City. Though still be related to entertainment, it will be something new for the actor and model who is now exploring a new discipline to further enhance his artistry.

But fans would still see him on a future project with the Pasion De Amor boys in which the details are soon to be revealed. For now, he is thankful for all the projects he is getting which keeps him busy and happy.

Romantic Pop Baladeer Edward Benosa's First Concert At Teatrino

With his first album released early this year, Romantic Pop Baladeer Edward Benosa is now moving into a new level of his career with his very first concert to be held at Teatrino Greenhills on April 16, 2016. The concert will be directed by Frank Lloyd Mamaril, with Marvin Querido as Musical Director. Edward’s special guests will be Morisette Amon and DJ Chacha of MOR 101.9.

Known for his charming rendition of love songs, one of them is his hit "Di Man Lang Nagpaalam" which is a hit online, tv and radio. April is also his birthday month which also excites him. DJ Chacha will also make her debut singing performance as she is known be to be te bubbly DJ of MOR 101.9 and one the people who helped in Edward's career and discovery.

Edward’s manager, stage, TV and indie film actor Arnold Cruz Reyes, says they had been planning the show for some time, and that it was really part of their wish list for the Star Awards for Music 2015 Best New Artist. They spent several months planning and conceptualizing the show and fine-tuning the repertoire so they would have a show that they were sure the audience will enjoy.

Edward is also getting a lot of support from his recording company, Star Music, his sponsors (like Dannon Clothing), his supporters and his management.

Julia Baretto shares a touching story of a daugther in conflict this Saturday (June 15) in her episode for ABS-CBN's longest running drama anthology "Maalaala Mo Kaya." The rising Kapamilya teen star will give life to the character of Alex, a young teenage girl who grew up in a complete and happy family. Her life reaches a turning point when her mother leaver them for another man because of her father's drug addiction. Before her family get even more broken, Alex eventually decides to forgive her father. She works hard to prove to her mother that their family will still be happy without her. Will Alex find it in her heart to forgive her mother for abandoning them? Together with Julia in this episode are Ara Mina, James Blanco, Jacob Dionisio, Tommy Abuel, Manuel Chua, Kristoff Meneses, Marikit Morales, and Yda Yaneza.

We all know hims as the "Nestea Guy" who is a quest to win the heart of the girl he loves with the help of his family and iced tea. He also appeared in a Cookie sandwich commercial as a student with his friends But Neil Coleta proves that he not all looks and "Papogi" moves but also an actor to watch out for. He is now starting to be a household name and going beyond just being a commercial model.

He is usually seen as a comedic character in teleseryes and even in commercials, but he also proves that he can do more than being funny by being part of the musical movie "I Do Bidoo". He is also now the sidekick of Coco Martin in Juan Dela Cruz as his best friend in the series.

His efforts were rewarded recently with his newest endorsements and also the Star Award for Movies as the Best New Actor Award. He still proves that hard work has its fruits and now he also have Chicken and Baboy.

Everyone loves to be an actor, even myself as I became a part of theater and hoping to get back on stage. And seeing a lot of actors and directors in TV and in real life makes me understand how this craft is no easy work and requires refinement and hard work.

Director Rahyan Carlos, one of the directors of ABS CBN movies and teleseryes have trained many artists under Star Magic, also trained people for acting workshops for more than 14 years and still continues to learn many things and techniques about the art of acting.
