Teleperformance hailed among prestigious Philippines Best Workplaces in 2024

Teleperformance Philippines ranked fifth in the prestigious list curated by the Great Place to Work® researchers.  

Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines, a leading global digital business services company, has once again achieved the remarkable feat of being named one of the Philippines Best Workplaces™. Ranking fifth on the prestigious list, the organization recently received the award at the Grand Hyatt Manila.

Our leadership team is committed to making our mantra a reality for our team members across the Philippines. Teleperformance Philippines joins ICT Awards Hall of Fame

Prior to the recognition, the most prestigious ICT awards in the Philippines conferred the ‘BPO Employer of the Year’ award to Teleperformance in 2011.

Teleperformance (TP) Philippines, a multi-awarded digital business solutions provider and CX management leader, was inducted to the Hall of Fame roster at the 17th International ICT Awards - Philippines (IICTAP) held at the Marriott Manila Hotel.

The “leading and most prestigious ICT awards in the Philippines,” organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (CanCham), honored TP and other sterling companies in the field of information and communications technology in the Philippines.

The Great Place to Work® Institute recorded 85% responses from TP Philippines in the Trust Index® Survey, which is part of the rigorous certification process conducted annually by the institute and a definitive global standard of what it means to be a great workplace. The survey evaluates companies based on their employees’ perception of them in terms of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, among others. Only companies who have achieved at least 65% in the survey are qualified to receive the certification.

Teleperformance, DOH, DOLE, MMDA make vaccination more accessible to the workforce

Teleperformance (TP) Philippines, the global leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, along with the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), inaugurated the fourth leg of the Bayanihan Bakunahan initiative, which expands the government’s national vaccination program focusing on the Filipino workforce. 

This is in line with TP’s commitment to ensure the health and safety of their employees. Through this partnership, the government is kicking off its stronger collaborations with the private sector to make vaccines more accessible by bringing it straight to workplaces.

A ceremonial vaccination was recently held at TP Ayala, which was graced by government officials such as National Task Force Against COVID-19 Chief Implementor Sec. Carlito Galvez Jr., MMDA Undersecretary Hon. Frisco San Juan Jr., DOLE Undersecretary for Labor Relations Atty. Benjo Santos M. Benavides, and DOH Director IV Dr. Gloria J. Balboa.

Teleperformance Philippines unveils first-ever Cloud Campus Jeepney

To showcase its Cloud Campus work-at-home solution, Teleperformance Philippines has launched the Cloud Campus Jeepney, a mobile cloud connected workstation that simulates a fully enabled work-at-home experience.

Introduced at the Sunlife Amphitheatre, the Cloud Campus Jeepney is a functioning mobile workstation connected to the cloud that will allow people to work and stay fully connected even on the road. It showcases the digital capabilities of the TP Cloud Campus solutions, giving visitors a fully connected work-at-home experience. The Jeepney will be parked at the amphitheater until March 6, 2022 and will soon go to various locations around Metro Manila.
