Lifestyle Network’s Episode 8 of “Cooking Hawaiian Style” Features the Music of Kawika Kahiapo and the Magical Flavors of “Char Siu”

When Lifestyle Network announced its delicious addition of “Cooking Hawaiian Style” to its programming line-up in 2015, celebrity entertainer and show host Lanai Tabura, a native from Lana’i, Hawaii and part of the Aloha Plate Team that won the Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race” in 2013, was overjoyed.

“Our whole goal is to share with the world our amazing and versatile food from Hawaii,” said Tabura at the show’s kick-off. “The simplicity of the recipes is complemented by the complexity of flavors made rich by a melting pot of many cultures since the plantation days. ‘Cooking Hawaiian Style’ is a 30-minute show of pure aloha.”

“I only wanted to continue the saga if we were going to collectively make the best final trilogy for ourselves, for the legacy of our brother Paul, and for Universal, who’s been so supportive over the years,” says Diesel. “With Furious 7, our focus was to not only make the best film in the saga but to honor what it has represented for almost two decades. The key to this next chapter is to challenge those core themes that have endured, and to do it in a way that is compelling but still entertaining.”

Building in extra time can help keep you relaxed on the drive, and will allow you to take breaks along the way. Remember, the shortest route isn’t always the fastest route, aim to avoid roads that are prone to congestion during peak hours
