Infobip set to launch AgentOS in the Philippines to scale autonomous AI customer journeys

Global AI-first cloud communications platform Infobip is set to launch its AI-native, fully managed solution AgentOS, building on the company’s recently introduced AI Agents that power autonomous customer communications. Scheduled for global release on April 1, AgentOS is designed to help businesses automate customer interactions and manage communications more efficiently as demand for real-time, personalized digital services rises in mobile-first markets such as the Philippines.

The rollout coincides with Infobip’s 20th anniversary and reflects a broader push among Southeast Asian companies to adopt AI-driven tools to improve customer experience and operational performance.

Enterprises across retail, fintech, telecommunications, healthcare, and eCommerce are increasingly seeking faster and more contextual ways to engage customers, as consumers expect immediate and personalized digital experiences across channels.

It combines Infobip’s Conversational Customer Data Platform with real-time journey orchestration to deliver contextual, two-way engagement across all natively integrated channels, while reducing system complexity and improving execution speed, conversion, and long-term engagement.

The platform also incorporates a human-in-the-loop model, allowing AI to manage automation at scale while human specialists oversee complex interactions and continuously refine system performance to ensure reliability and compliance.
