The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has recently won an award from The Asian Banker for the Best Payments Product in Asia for its revolutionary card, the BPI My ePrepaid MasterCard, an award fitting the bank’s new tagline “Make the Best Happen.”
Considered one of the most prestigious awards for banking and finance, the Asian Banker’s International Excellence in Retail Financial Services Award Programme uses a stringent three-month long evaluation process to determine the winners of each category based on a balanced and transparent scorecard. In particular, the Best Payments Product award is given to the bank whose product has shown exceptional merit in terms of market share, growth, overall product and operational excellence during the year.
