MDS Call Solutions Inc. Partners with Globe Business for Integrated Cloud Customer Service

Business process outsourcing company, MDS Call Solutions, Inc. (MDSCSI) takes its voice and digital services up a notch with Globe. MDSCSI collaborated with Globe’s enterprise arm, Globe Business, to support its Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud migration and SMS Application Programming Interface (API) integration.

“This year of recovery involves technologies that propel our success further. With the help of Globe Business, we’re able to take back the opportunities the pandemic took,” shared Patricia Calope, MDSCSI Managing Director. “Multiple lockdowns made it difficult to manage our on-premise servers. Our infrastructure needed to be replaced, with our equipment requiring round-the-clock upkeep and maintenance—amid IT teams operating at full capacity. If it weren’t for Globe’s assistance, we would’ve had many lost business opportunities, as it was becoming clear that our existing servers were not enough to help our company scale with the demand.”
