Teleperformance's revolutionary work-at-home solution, Cloud Campus, clinched the prestigious Best in Remote Work Technology title at the Contact Center World Awards. TP had its double triumph with the prestigious Gold Award for Asia-Pacific region, followed by a global category win.

This June, the organization hosted an internal awards ceremony, showcasing the remote work solution which allows home-based experts to remain connected to their teams through Cloud Campus hubs. This builds on the recognition received by TP at last year’s CCW awards ceremony.

"At Teleperformance, we don't just solve problems; we ignite transformations. TP’s Cloud Campus transcends geographical boundaries, and ensures the delivery of top-notch service whenever and wherever our clients are," said Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly.

Innovation for Growth and a Greener Future

Ahead of its time, TP’s Cloud Campus was piloted in Portugal in 2019 to cater to emerging hybrid employment needs. With a secure, efficient, and engaging virtual work environment, it globally launched in 2021 to address pandemic challenges and sustain client commitment delivery.

“TP Cloud Campus was launched to meet the evolving needs of our employees, clients, and customers in an increasingly digital world. With our sustainable model, we’ve managed to significantly decrease our carbon emissions,” said Pierre Berube, Senior Vice President for Training, Quality, and Learning.

Currently, half of the organization’s global remote workforce services 91 countries and 170 markets in over 300 languages and dialects.

The Cloud Campus initiative also notably reduced carbon footprint by half per full-time employee in the last three years. The technology, powered by green energy, operates with reduced carbon footprint, and aligns with the company's commitment to the Paris Agreement on Net Zero by 2040.

With its commitment to client success and corporate social responsibility, among Teleperformance’s recognitions are the Outstanding Employer and Outstanding Community Project of the Year by PEZA, Top Employer of the Year and CSR Circle of Excellence at the Asia CEO Awards.

Employment Opportunities for All

The TP Cloud Campus extends employment opportunities to everyone, including Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), stay-at-home mothers, and people living in remote areas.

In response to the DICT's Digital Cities 2025 program, Teleperformance launched the TP Cloud Campus jeepney roadshow and brought remote work to next-wave cities and municipalities. The initiative aligns with the program’s goal to transform 25 cities into IT-BPM hubs by 2025.

“Through our TP Cloud Campus jeepney, we are tackling issues on inclusivity and accessibility that comes with a typical application process. TP stands committed to creating a work environment where everyone, regardless of background and location, can thrive,” said Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson.
