Teleperformance opens Cloud Campus Microsite in General Santos

Teleperformance, DOH, DOLE, MMDA make vaccination more accessible to the workforce

Teleperformance (TP) Philippines, the global leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, along with the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), inaugurated the fourth leg of the Bayanihan Bakunahan initiative, which expands the government’s national vaccination program focusing on the Filipino workforce. 

This is in line with TP’s commitment to ensure the health and safety of their employees. Through this partnership, the government is kicking off its stronger collaborations with the private sector to make vaccines more accessible by bringing it straight to workplaces.

Teleperformance partners with VisMin LGU to extend Covid-19 vaccination to employees

Teleperformance Philippines, a leading global group in digitally integrated business services, has partnered with local governments across Visayas and Mindanao to extend Covid-19 vaccination to its employees as they rolled out their vaccination program. 

In line with the government’s guidelines to prioritize Filipinos under the A4 sector or the essential workers, over 3,500 employees of Teleperformance in its sites across Visayas and Mindanao have now been fully vaccinated through the COVID-19 Vaccination program of their respective local government units.

In Bacolod City, the COVID-19 Vaccination Council chaired by Mayor Evelio Leonardia extended an exclusive vaccination program to employees of the TP and their immediate family members. Meanwhile, Teleperformance in Cebu works together with the local government of the province and the Project Balik Buhay for the inoculation of its employees.

In Davao, Teleperformance also sponsored the venue for the vaccinations organized by the Davao Information and Communications Technology Council in partnership with the local government of Davao. Aside from Teleperformance employees, the inoculation also accommodated workers from other Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the city.

Let’s talk about Gender: Teleperformance shares views on creating a gender-neutral workplace

Teleperformance Philippines continues its advocacy of promoting inclusive workplaces through its recent participation in the University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication (UP CMC) Department of Communication Research and International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines’ webinar “Let’s Talk About Gender.” 

Marilyn Romero-Ventenilla, Senior Director for Communication and Marketing of Teleperformance Philippines, joined various experts from the communication industry and academe and gave a talk on Genderlect, or different ways of communicating between men and women, as well as on Teleperformance Philippines’ commitment of being a Great Place to Work® for all, and tips on how to create and foster a gender-smart working environment. 

Teleperformance Bacolod earns Certificate of Safety Seal

Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, recently received its Certificate of Safety Seal for its business site located in Bacolod City. Mayor Evelio Leonardia presented the certification to Teleperformance Bacolod for its compliance to health and safety protocols against Covid-19.   

Now on its 15th year of operations in Bacolod, Teleperformance is the first Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in the city to receive a Certificate of Safety Seal from the city government. This certification is part of the Bacolod Safety Seal Committee initiatives to ensure that health and safety protocols are implemented in the conduct of business and trade in the city.  

Receiving the Safety Seal badge was Teleperformance Bacolod Site Director Andrea Resurreccion, together with Vice President for Operations Mark Andrada, Human Resources Director Claire Bedia, Human Resources Supervisor Marili Lim, and Facilities Manager Malvar Gualdrapa. Joining Mayor Leonardia in the ceremony was Bacolod City Economic Development Chair George Zulueta.  

Teleperformance rolls out free COVID-19 vaccination for employees through TPVac program

Teleperformance in the Philippines continues to be a strong advocate for health and safety as the company began implementation of its employee vaccination program called TPVac on July 10 at Solaire Vaccine Center in Paranaque. The first team members to receive the vaccines were the most at risk population front line employees. 

As a people company, Teleperformance procured vaccines for employees based out of its 22 business sites across the National Capital Region, Antipolo, Cavite, Baguio, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao who opted to participate in TPVac. This initiative likewise affirms the commitment of Teleperformance, not only to protect the health of its people, but also to help governments address the pandemic with agile, large-scope support of vaccination programs deployed at the corporate level.

Teleperformance renews commitment to the planet by pledging monthly switch-offs

Teleperformance Philippines renews its commitment to the planet as it pledges to do monthly switch-offs in all 22 of its business sites nationwide this 2021. 

The pledge was announced at its recent “Let’s Change the World” Citizen of the World (COTW) Meet-up, which shared updates on current advocacy projects of Teleperformance. The townhall, also held in celebration of Earth Hour, included special guest World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Philippines Ambassador Mikee Cojuangco-Jaworski.
