Teleperformance Philippines ranked fifth in the prestigious list curated by the Great Place to Work® researchers.  

Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines, a leading global digital business services company, has once again achieved the remarkable feat of being named one of the Philippines Best Workplaces™. Ranking fifth on the prestigious list, the organization recently received the award at the Grand Hyatt Manila.

Teleperformance ranked one of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Asia™ by Great Place to Work®

Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, ranks Teleperformance (TP) number 12 on the 2022 Best Workplaces in Asia list for their sites in the Philippines, Greater China, India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. The list is based on over 1 million survey responses across Asia and the Middle East, representing the experience of more than 4.7 million employees in the region.

This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values and leadership. Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For All™ workplace experience, inclusive of all employees no matter who they are or what they do.

Teleperformance (TP) Philippines, a leading global group in digitally integrated business services, is once again Great Place to Work-Certified™ in 2022. This makes TP Philippines the first, the largest, and the only company in the country to be Great Place to Work-Certified™ for five straight years. 

The Great Place to Work® Institute recorded 85% responses from TP Philippines in the Trust Index® Survey, which is part of the rigorous certification process conducted annually by the institute and a definitive global standard of what it means to be a great workplace. The survey evaluates companies based on their employees’ perception of them in terms of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, among others. Only companies who have achieved at least 65% in the survey are qualified to receive the certification. 

Teleperformance recognized in the Philippines Best Workplaces™ 2022 by Great Place to Work® Philippines

Teleperformance has just been awarded as one of the Philippines Best Workplaces™ in 2022. This was announced during the virtual reveal that premiered live on Great Place to Work® Philippines via YouTube.

In total, 25 workplaces are ranked as “Philippines Best Workplaces” according to research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work® Philippines. 

The Philippines Best Workplaces™ List is highly competitive. Regarded as the global authority on workplace culture, seasoned consultants from Great Place to Work® curate the List using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies are only considered if they are first, a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization. In the qualifying year of 2021, nearly 100 companies in the Philippines were Great Place to Work-Certified™. (Only companies who attain at least 65% on Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Survey can attain the Certification.)

Great Place to Work® is the only company culture award in the world that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated and what their workplace experience is like. Teleperformance Philippines is certified Great Place to Work® for fourth year in a row

Celebrating 25 years of growth and leadership in the country, Teleperformance Philippines recently earned a re-certification as Great Place to Work® for the fourth year in a row. It is the first and only company in the country to have accomplished this feat.

The Trust Index® Survey had the highest participation rate ever in Teleperformance Philippines’ 45,000 workforce coming from its 22 business sites located across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Among those programs is the company’s vibrant Diversity and Inclusion program championed by the executive leadership who actively drive a culture of respect and acceptance. Advocacy is promoted through institutionalized policies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy, Diversity and Inclusion Policy, and HIV in the Workplace Policy. Learning and Development is another Teleperformance strength, as it offers its online learning platform called myTP Learning to all employees.
