1. Only photos with complete registration details are considered valid to enter the promo.
2. Manipulation or edited photos are not considered valid entries for this promo.
3. All the employees of SM Cyberzone (including its suppliers and distributors), and Mediacom, and the relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified in joining the promoAlso, persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor or advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct & personal knowledge of the promo are disqualified from joining.
4. Winners must be residents of the Philippines.
5. SM Cyberzone will collect your personal information to enable it to conduct the offer. In administering such offers, the company usually discloses claimant’s personal information to organizations associated with the offer. All personal details of claimants will be stored with the company.
6. Electronic Raffles will be done every two weeks at the end of every phase. It will be performed in the presence of the DTI Representative.
7. A participant can win only once. If a name wins more than once, he gets the bigger prize.
8. To claim your prize, present your ID and notification email/message that you won.
9. SM Cyberzone will not be liable for any losses or damage the winner may sustain in claiming the prize.
10. In case of disputes, the decision of SM Cyberzone, with concurrence of DTI, is deemed final.

13. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
14. Prizes should be claimed by March 31, 2011. Prizes that have not been claimed after this date will be forfeited.
15. Winners must present a TIN number and two (2) valid I.D.’s to claim their prize. If the winner is a minor, the parent or guardian must be present (with a valud TIN number) to accompany the winner, together with the two (2) valid I.D.’s.
