Rice and Corn has been a staple among the people especially to Asians, but with an expanding market and growing array of food choices, one can avail, the options grew for people who wanted something new on their tables. Peas, Legumes and other beans are present in dishes but not much in the daily menu at family tables. But we may missed on a nutritional opportunity with these beans as they are more healthier and more nutritious with their composition.Though I love cooking and food experiments, I seldom do legumes because I am not yet familiar on what kinds of dished I can create. I will post in my food blog some of recipes that you can do with legumes that wil not only revolutionize your menu but also improve your nutrition and taste.
