Evangeline Lilly is Hope Van Dyne in Marvel's "Ant-Man"‏

When Evangeline Lilly was first approached to lend her talents to the part of Hope van Dyne in Marvel’s “Ant-Man,” she admits that she needed to do some research to get up to speed on Marvel.

“I was not familiar with Marvel comics or Ant-Man when I was first approached about the part, so I had to do some homework,” says Lilly. “I watched some Marvel films because I was completely ignorant of the incredible things that they were doing. I discovered that they are very talented with story and character and they know how to put on a spectacle. Then, when I was doing screen tests, they started showing me pre vis material of Ant-Man and the ants in action. Once I saw it with my own eyes, I suddenly realized how cool this movie was going to be and that it’s going to be something that has not been seen at all in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s going to have its own life and its own fan base.”

Meet the Cheerleader-Jock Couple in "The Gallows"‏

In Warner Bros.' new horror thriller “The Gallows,” four high school students find themselves in grave danger after getting locked in the auditorium overnight. Three of them—Reese, Ryan and Cassidy—are there to sabotage the sets for the upcoming school play; the fourth, Pfeifer, the play’s female lead, has followed them in, correctly suspecting they’re up to no good.

Playing the classic cheerleader-jock pair of Ryan and Cassidy are actors Ryan Shoos (“As Night Comes”) and Cassidy Gifford (“God's Not Dead”). Yes, to keep things feeling more genuine for the cast, the filmmakers used the lead actors’ first names as character names.

MOMents With Mama Josie

River bathing?
better bring an umbrella to protect the skin!
I can't believe that my Mama  Josie is turning 60 next year, and as of now she has 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. But does it show on her face? Actually when people see her, they would assume that she is only in her mid-40s. And for us children, we did inherit her looks as well as her regimens which are sometimes weird but are effective.

She lives in the province now, while most of us are in the city. Yet, when she has time and some work to do, she would definitely see us to see how we are doing today. She is also in facebook, so that means everyday she monitors all that we do and what we post. Well I guess that is natural to all mothers...

We learned the value of adventure and appreciation of the world through her. As she would go to places when she was young, she will also find a way to bring us to places we have never been to. And with her charisma, she can do bargains, explore new things and even meet important people.
