REEL DEAL: World War Z REVIEW

I think we have too many Zombie films that usually deals the same thing over and over, and sometimes we got immune with the concept. But I have to rule out World War Z which is now showing in theaters for showing us a whole new kind of undead experience which can be one for the books.

Based on a novel, World War Z brings to life a global pandemic that have brought humanity to the brink of extinction  With men turning into Zombies and swarming together to infect more, what other option you have left and what can you do to stop the plague.

Brad Pitt takes everyone on a dangerous mission in search for answers that can be the key to the cure and answers for the gruesome fall of cities and countries. Which happened so fast and  is now threatening mankind's existence.Though I have not read the book, I think it has satisfied it with the details put into the scenes. And again, we love movies that makes you think even after the show. Now I have to set up my zombie fortress soon.
WORLD WAR Z also stars Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale, and Matthew Fox.

WORLD WAR Z is distributed by United International Pictures and Solar Entertainment Corporation. Open in Theaters nationwide, the Philippines opens 2 days earlier than the US release.

Deliberation time kids!

Show summary in 3 lines: Swarm Zombies Unlimited
Technical Effects: 5 out of 5 stars (imgine animating thousands to millions of zombies! CGI people might have turned into one with sleepless nights)
Plot: 5 out of 5 stars (Very deep with almost no room for loopholes which would make you like to discuss it even after the movie, probably days even)
Acting and Actors: 4 out of 5 stars  (Brad Pitt may looks like his previous roles but made sure that Gerry is someone that viewers would love along with the undead swarms)
Music and Soundtracks:  3 out for 5 stars (Sounds were really moving with the zombies, even without the soundtrack I would love to listen to zombie moans)
Pros:  Plot, Zombies, CGI, Swarms
Cons:  Zombie Cliches, Lack of Gore, Inconsistent Zombies
Overall Rating: 4.4 out of 5 stars (Well we have waited long enough and compared to another blockbuster film Man of Steel, I would choose this one over the superhero, Mabuhay kayo Zombies!)
