REEL DEAL: In This Corner of the World REVIEW

We love Japanese Animation Films, they really give good vibes or extreme feels to viewers from any country. And with so many great materials out there waiting to be immortalized by having their own film  is never easy, but when people see the potential and power of the material, indeed budget can can be sourced. From a popular manga, In This Corner of the World (この世界の片隅に Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni) has now come out into theaters to show a different kind of life during World War II in Japan.

Sunao Katabuchi (片渕須直) Directed the film who previously worked with movies like Mai Mai Miracle and Black Lagoon. Based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Fumiyo Kōno, the journey of production is also inspiring with a crowdfunding drives were made which raised ¥39 million and another ¥10 million for overseas promotion. The movie currently has a box office of ¥2.5 billion and yet to grow with more distribution and screenings on the way.

"Flatliners" Launches Poster with Intriguing Tagline

“You haven’t lived until you’ve died,” or so proclaims the intriguing tagline in the teaser poster of Columbia Pictures new suspense thriller Flatliners that’s just been released by the studio.  The film stars Ellen Page, Nina Dobrev, Diego Luna and James Norton.

In the film, five medical students embark on a daring and dangerous experiment to gain insight into the mystery of what lies beyond the confines of life. Flatliners is directed by Niels Arden Oplev, from a screenplay by Ben Ripley, story by Peter Filardi.

NAIA and Newport City Gets Closer with Runway Manila!

The Golden Age of Infrastructure is now kicking off with a lot of transport and public works that will propel the nation into more progress. But of course it would take a lot of hard work and patience as building them would not be easy as it seems.

With the projects of the previous administration is worked on and completed, the challenge now is to make them work for the people. One of which is Runway Manila which a link bridge directly connecting NAIA Terminal 3 (T3) and Newport City. This shall be made accessible to the public, free of charge.
