Dimple Romana Challenges You To Level Up Your Holidays With CDO Premium Holiday Ham

The cool breeze, the twinkling lights, the hustle and bustle of buying gifts. Yes, Christmas is near and the spirit of Noche Buena is on full blast with thoughts of creating the most perfect of memories, of giving the perfect gift, of serving the best during the season of love and joy.

For actress Dimples Romana, the new brand Ambassador for CDO Premium Holiday Ham, Noche Buena and ham come hand-in-hand when it comes to creating memories during Christmas festivities. “Hindi buo and Christmas handa naming kapag wala ang CDO Premium Holiday Ham. Yung salo-salo na sama- sama kayo, magdarasal kayo, kakain kayo, parang parte na rin talaga to have that ham there.”

It’s a tradition she grew up with and something that she continues on as a wife and mother of two. If you check her social media posts, you will know that her whole family, the Romanas and the Ahmees, always celebrate together at home during Noche Buena. “We make it a point that no matter how busy we are (to be together),” she shares. In fact, they make sure they have a theme for the year, “Minsan Pinoy, minsan Spanish, pero ang hindi nababago, yung CDO Premium Holiday Ham. Favorite siya no matter what theme we do for Christmas.”

Though we try to our best to limit our daily interactions with our mobile device for our health’s sake, let’s put our excessive screen time to good use while we are at it by being champions of the environment.

Yes, there are several apps out there that allows you to help save the Earth and fight climate change wherever you are with just a few taps on your phone. If we can’t do a Greta Thunberg in real life, we can do our part virtually but still have real positive effects on the environment.

These women are not passive victims, as is so often the case in horror films. Producer Ben Cosgrove emphasizes, “A lot of slasher films have treated female characters as objects who are just there to be killed.  We wanted to flip that notion on its head. Rather than allowing themselves to get picked off one by one, the women group together and marshal their resources so they can fight together.”

Keeping crazy out of Christmas with GCash

Traffic is worse than ever before. Hailing a taxi ride is grueling. The malls are now teeming with harried shoppers. The lines everywhere are getting slower and longer. You wonder, how can we ever cut the crazy out of Christmas and have a calm and stress-free holiday instead?

It sure helps a lot to plan ahead, find alternatives and prepare early to avoid getting entangled in the holiday chaos.

In two weeks, there are five bank holidays, excluding weekends. So, people probably have started trooping to banks this early to complete big financial transactions before banks close down to give way to the festivities. If the thought of beating the monstrous Metro Manila traffic and enduring the long lines in banks just to finish bank errands before the long holiday break makes you cringe, going digital is the way.
