Myx TV Nabs Finalist Nods for “Discovering Routes”, “My Motto: Veterans Edition” at 2018 Cynopsis Short Form Video Awards

Myx TV, the leading English-language Asian American entertainment network, kicked off 2018 with two finalist nods at the inaugural Cynopsis Short Form Video Awards which recognize outstanding short form content and storytelling across all platforms.  The finalists will be showcased at the Cynopsis Short Form Video Festival & Conference on March 7, 2018 at the SVA Theatre in Chelsea, New York City.


“Discovering Routes”, a fresh take on travel entertainment grounded on homeland and heritage discovery adventures in the Philippines starring Filipino American tech entrepreneur and The Bucket List Family adventure journalist Garrett Gee and sister, Miristi, was named finalist in the Travel Series category.  Executive produced by Olivia De Jesus, Miguel Santos and Keesa Ocampo for ABS-CBN Global Studios in association with Go Button Media, “Discovering Routes” will compete against:

Meanwhile, “My Motto: Veterans Edition”, a television special created in partnership with the national veterans campaign, Got Your 6, to honor Asian Pacific American veterans, was named finalist in the Stand-Alone Short from a TV Network or Digital Publisher – Series category.   Produced by Myx TV Digital Producer Diana Vergara, the special will compete against:
