Amaia Land recently held groundbreaking rites for Amaia Steps at The Junction Place Estate, part of its newest pocket urban development in Quezon City. It is also its latest affordable mid-rise condominium in Metro-Manila.

Held last June 23, the ceremony marked the start of construction for the project’s first building named Aria, which is set to be completed in 4th quarter of 2022. All units in Aria have been sold out, an accomplishment that attests to Amaia Steps’ excellent sales track record across all its projects nationwide.

Amaia Steps Junction Place will be the only residential property at The Junction Place Estate, making it a highly sought after space for potential residents. The Junction Place Estate by Ayala Land is a pocket urban development in Novaliches, Quezon City, which showcases refreshing possibilities and offers a breath of fresh air in an urban location.

Ayala Land’s signature expertise in building master-planned, sustainable communities will be present in this promising location that touts generous open spaces and pedestrian walkways. It offers the community a green, walkable, and organized development with enhanced transport access and residential spaces that ensure relaxation and tranquility for its residents.

Amaia Steps The Junction Place is a cluster of five buildings primed to sustain the mid-rise condo developer’s sterling reputation for featuring contemporary design aesthetics and top-of-the-line amenities. Once completed, Aria, its first building, will have 9 floors and 208 units that will range in size from 23 to 48 square meters: Studio, Deluxe, and Premier. These affordable residential units will appeal to young professionals, government employees, small business owners and starter families—a fast-rising market of condo dwellers seeking homes that will accommodate their progressive and modern lifestyles.
