One of the scariest places on earth is definitely the underground floors. And it is indeed true as many horror stories and unsolved crimes happens to occur in the level. And this has been the inspiration for the latest horror movie "The Basement". This movie took some years for its completion due to the stellar cast of Kapuso stars with many of them are very busy with their shows and commitments.Bringing names from Starstruck like Kevin Santos, Dion Ignacio, Dex Quindoza, Jan Manual , Aljur Abrenica and Sarah Lahbati, together with RJ Padilla, Betong Sumaya, Chynna Ortaleza, Enzo Pineda, Louise Delos Reyes, Elen Adarna and Pilita Corales.
The story revolves on the unusual situation of being trapped in the basement of a building, each having their own business and some on their way home when tragedy strikes and they are stuck inside the creepy basement to which is the home of a mananangal.
