Globe has been working in parallel to meet the needs of its customers. According to the Philippines Mobile Network Experience November 2020 report[1] by Opensignal, Globe leads the market in Voice App Experience, also jointly winning in Games Experience.
Overall, Globe has been consistently improving data experience since 2017 [2]. The telco has also pushed past the 80% 4G availability score, improving by 14.5 percentage points.
