Starting a career can often be a daunting task—going through job searches, interviews, and feeling anxious on the “first day” of work. For many of us this can be all too overwhelming, what more during a pandemic?
With parts of the country still placed under quarantine, tech-savvy companies and organizations like Mondelez Philippines have successfully transitioned to a work-from-home (WFH) setup and have retained a sense of continuity. This applies as well to its recruitment.
