Teen Actress Odeya Rush Takes on Ghouls, Zombies in "Goosebumps"‏

When Odeya Rush’s breakout movie “The Giver” opened last year, her brothers headed straight down to the cinema. They queued up and got their tickets and prepared for a night of fun. This might not sound all that surprising — until one considers the fact that they chose to watch “Let’s Be Cops,” a raucous comedy that opened against their sister’s movie. “My parents are supportive, of course, but my brothers like to make fun of me,” laughs the 18-year-old actress. “I make fun of them, too.”

When their sister’s next movie, Columbia Pictures' “Goosebumps” opens, however, her brothers will definitely be watching her on screen. Rush has six brothers, all of whom love the series of Goosebumps books by acclaimed children’s author R. L. Stine, and their sister is taking the lead female role in the movie adaptation, starring opposite Jack Black, Dylan Minnette and Ryan Lee. “They want to see the movie,” says Rush of her siblings.

REEL DEAL: The Walk REVIEW

What would you do to get the biggest thrill in your life, at the same time make a statement of the century. High wire artist Philippe Petit made it into a reality with his exciting yet illegal feat with a wire hooked up to the famous world trade center towers, this has now been adapted into a new movie by Robert Zemeckis, The Walk.

Celebrating the life of the artist, Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays the role of Philippe who has been wanting to make a monumental sky walk between the world trade center towers. It did involve a lot of planning, recruiting of accomplices and getting the materials up. The thought of it is already  scary and none would ever try to do it, even experienced professionals.

The crazy plan would eventually get some people interested and be part of making it happen. Even without the wire, looking from the top of the towers is already chilling enough. To get across a wire with winds, fog, and the impending arrest after the stunt is already nerve wracking. This movie will take you from the ground and into the skies, and let acrophobia be your best friend here.
