Show hosts hip-hop artist and actor Ludacris and international music sensation Ciara announced the finalists for the “2016 Billboard Music Awards,” honoring the year’s most successful artists in 43 categories. The “2016 Billboard Music Awards” will broadcast LIVE from Las Vegas on Monday, May 23 8am (7am JKT/BKK) on RTL CBS Entertainment HD. This year’s show will showcase big performances, unexpected collaborations and much-discussed pop culture moments. The “2016 Billboard Music Awards” is produced by dick clark productions. Allen Shapiro, Mike Mahan, Mark Bracco, Barry Adelman and Robert Deaton are Executive Producers.

Dread Abounds in the Main Poster of "The Conjuring 2"‏

“The Next True Story from the Case Files of Ed and Lorraine Warren.” That's the tagline of the main one-sheet art for New Line Cinema’s “The Conjuring 2” which has just been released by the studio. The Warrens are the renowned demonologists played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga in the original film.

The tagline accompanies a creepy image of a rosary-holding hand in the foreground as if spiritually controlling a child who's about to jump out of a window.

Director James Wan (“Fast & Furious 7”) is once again at the helm, the supernatural thriller reunites Oscar nominee Vera Farmiga (“Up In the Air,” TV’s “Bates Motel”) and Patrick Wilson (the “Insidious” films), as Lorraine and Ed Warren, who, in one of their most terrifying paranormal investigations, travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits.

`General Zod' Michael Shannon in New Sci-Fi Thriller "Midnight Special"

Best known for playing the malevolent General Zod in “Man of Steel,” Oscar-nominee Michael Shannon now stars in Warner Bros. Pictures’ supernatural thriller “Midnight Special” as Roy, a peaceful and thoughtful man -- not prone to violence, but will nevertheless fight with everything he’s got when it matters. 

Roy and his wife (Kirsten Dunst) were members of a cult, and within those confines their only son Alton was born.  When the boy began to exhibit unique powers, the cult’s leader stepped in to “adopt” him, as such an extraordinary child couldn’t be raised by ordinary people.  Alton’s mother was likely excommunicated for her protests, while Roy took a different tack: silently planning and waiting for a chance to break free with the boy.  “From that moment,” director Jeff Nichols suggests, “his goal was to make sure Alton was okay.  And when it became clear that Alton needed to be somewhere else, Roy was determined to get him there.

High-Octane Action in New "Jason Bourne" Trailer‏

The new, explosive trailer of Universal Pictures’ highly anticipated action-thriller “Jason Bourne” has just been unveiled and may be viewed at https://youtu.be/HpBIsK_LX3M.

Matt Damon returns to his most iconic role in Jason Bourne. Paul Greengrass, the director of The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum, once again joins Damon for the next chapter of Universal Pictures’ Bourne franchise, which finds the CIA’s most lethal former operative drawn out of the shadows.

For “Jason Bourne,” Damon is joined by Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones, while Julia Stiles reprises her role in the series. Frank Marshall again produces alongside Jeffrey Weiner for Captivate Entertainment, and Greengrass, Damon, Gregory Goodman and Ben Smith also produce. Based on characters created by Robert Ludlum, the film is written by Greengrass and Christopher Rouse.

Opening across the Philippines on July 27, 2016, “Jason Bourne” is distributed by United International Pictures through Columbia Pictures.

Big Movies, Big Stars and Big News Take Center Stage at the Warner Bros. Pictures CinemaCon

Warner Bros. Pictures showcased an impressive lineup of talents and highly anticipated films at this year’s CinemaCon, which generated tremendous excitement for the Studio’s wide-ranging slate.  Chairman and CEO Kevin Tsujihara opened the program and announced that Ben Affleck—who will again play the role of Batman in the upcoming Justice League movie—will direct, as well as star in, a new stand-alone Batman feature.  

The Studio’s presentation was highlighted by trailers and film clips—including some never-before-seen footage—and appearances by some of the major stars and filmmakers involved in each of the movies.  It also served to illustrate Tsujihara’s statement about the diversity of the slate: built on the foundation of the key franchises of DC Super Heroes, animated LEGO® features, and “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” but also encompassing a broad scope of dramas, action adventures, horror thrillers and comedies.
