P-Noy will give a speech at the SCAP Leadership Conference!

As a member of the oldest student organization in the Philippines, I am very proud that President Noynoy will give a speach in the upcoming 10th SCAP National Leadership Conference on April 8-12, 2011 at St. Paul University Manila.
