Saleka Shyamalan talks about the challenges of creating songs for a concert designed to trap a serial killer in M. Night Shyamalan’s latest thriller, “Trap,” in cinemas July 31

“It was crazy – we basically prepped a stadium tour,” says Saleka Shyamalan of working on her scenes and the songs for “Trap,” the latest thriller directed, written and produced by her father, M. Night Shyamalan.

“Trap” tells the story of a father and daughter (played by Josh Hartnett and Ariel Donoghue) who attend a pop concert where they realize they’re at the center of a dark and sinister event: a trap meant to capture a notorious serial killer called The Butcher.

Mark your calendars! Warner Bros. PH announces earlier release date for M. Night Shyamalan’s “Trap”

Warner Bros. PH announces that the release date for the newest M. Night Shyamalan film, “Trap,” has moved to an earlier release date. “Trap” will be arriving in Philippine cinemas on July 31, instead of its previous release date of August 7.
