Lady Bird takes place in Sacramento with Christine "Lady Bird"  McPherson looking forward for liberal college beyond the usual. While she waits for her application, she continues to study as a high school student in an Catholic School. Lady Bird is not the only one on the spotlight as the characters around her like Julie, Danny and Kyle with their own dramas in life which are subtly funny yet essential for the story.
